Sworn translations Japanese <> Spanish)
These are usually required for use in official processes or court proceedings in which documents in Japanese must be presented to Public Authorities or Judicial Authorities.
They are translated by a qualified translator in Spain who certifies that a translation is a true copy of the original.
They are delivered on stamped paper, signed and sealed by the sworn translator and are full valid for official purposes.
The method used to send or deliver them is agreed with the client.

Link interpreting
A link interpreter is a person who acts as an intermediary between people who speak different languages. The speakers make frequent pauses to enable the interpreter to translate what they have just said.
This type of interpreting is normally used at business meetings, during visits to factories or companies or at training courses.

Escort interpreting
In addition to translating all the communicative acts, the interpreter also accompanies the foreign client on different visits or to different meetings.
This type of interpreting is normally used when the client requires assistance while moving around or at meetings.

Sworn interpreting in Japanese
This is done by a sworn interpreter who is qualified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This service is usually provided in the form of link interpreting of a statement before a magistrate, at an act that takes place in the presence of a Notary Public or a marriage ceremony, or any other legal act in which the people intervening in the act have no knowledge of language being used.
Before starting, the sworn interpreter swears that he/she will faithfully translate everything that is said and after the job, he or she signs and seals what has been said and translated.
